COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We recommend that you first submit your complaint to us by emailing info@theartofinterior.nl. If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.

Returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/COOLING OFF PERIOD

Would you like to return your artwork? Please contact our customer service. After this contact, you have 14 days to return the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to The Art of Interior with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. The entire purchase amount, including shipping costs (excluding the costs of your return shipment), will be refunded within 14 days. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with The Art of Interior until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
