COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you have a complaint regarding the performance of the Agreement, you must submit it to us within two months of discovering the defect, fully and clearly described.
We will respond as much as possible within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within the aforementioned 14-day period, which will include at least an indication of when you can expect a more detailed response.
In the event of complaints, you should always contact us first to investigate whether the Webshop can offer you a suitable solution; this can be done via info@theartofinterior.nl. We are affiliated with WebwinkelKeur, and if the parties are unable to resolve the matter amicably, you may turn to WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl). WebwinkelKeur provides mediation free of charge. You can check whether the Webshop has a current membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/ledenlijst/.
If mediation by WebwinkelKeur does not lead to a solution, you may also submit the complaint to the independent disputes committee designated by WebwinkelKeur. If you choose to do so, costs may be charged to you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/COOLING OFF PERIOD

Would you like to return your artwork? Please contact our customer service. After this contact, you have 14 days to return the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to The Art of Interior with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. The entire purchase amount, including shipping costs (excluding the costs of your return shipment), will be refunded within 14 days. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with The Art of Interior until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
