When can I expect my artwork?
Delivery time is approximately 6 business days. For orders with a wooden frame or international shipments, please add 2 business days. You can specify your preferred delivery date when placing your order.
Can I have the artwork delivered on a specific date?
Yes, when ordering, you can specify a specific delivery date. We'll do our best to ensure delivery is exactly as you'd like. You'll receive a notification from the art courier one day before delivery; if desired you can change the day of delivery when they contact you.
How does shipping work?
Your artwork will be carefully packaged in sturdy materials and shipped insured to ensure it arrives safely. We work with reliable art couriers experienced in handling artwork, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If your artwork arrives damaged, you will automatically receive a new one.
Can I get an update on the delivery date?
Absolutely! The art courier will notify you one day before delivery that the artwork will be delivered. A different day can be arranged if desired. On the day of delivery, you will receive a phone call from the art courier an hour before delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver our artworks throughout Europe, carefully packaged and insured, so your artwork arrives safely. Would you like your order delivered outside of Europe? Please contact us. We can advice you on pricing for your request.
Is delivery insured against transport damage?
Yes, your artwork will be shipped insured, protecting you against any damage during transport. Should anything unexpected happen, we'll find a suitable solution. If your artwork arrives damaged, you'll automatically receive a new one.
Can I exchange or return my artwork?
Yes, you can try the artwork for 14 days and exchange it for another artwork or size, no questions asked. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund. Please ensure it is returned in its original packaging

How do I mount my artwork?
You'll receive your artwork fully finished, with an aluminum wall mounting system attached to the back of the artwork. This allows you to easily hang it on the wall with just two screws and wall plugs. The wall mounting system gives your artwork a floating effect on the wall. If you choose a wooden frame, the wall mounting system is integrated into the frame itself, allowing the artwork to hang right against the wall. Thanks to this system, your plexiglass artwork hangs securely, while this lightweight material makes mounting it extra easy. So you can quickly and easily enjoy your new artwork.
